Shark

Animals Territory | Shark | Sharks are a group of fish characterized by a cartilaginous skeleton, five to seven gill slits on the sides of the head, and pectoral fins that are not fused to the head. Modern sharks are classified within the clade Selachimorpha (or Selachii), and are the sister group to the rays. However, the term "shark" has also been used for extinct members of the subclass Elasmobranchii outside the Selachimorpha, such as Cladoselache and Xenacanthus.

Animals Territory | Clown triggerfish | The Clown Triggerfish is widely distributed throughout the tropical and subtropical waters of the Indian Ocean until the western Pacific Ocean. It is most commonly found along external reef slopes with clear water until 75 m depth. Juveniles are usually staying below 20 m shelterd close to caves or overhangs.

Flying fish

Animals Territory | Flying fish | Fish of Exocoetidae is a family is knows as Flying fish. There are about sixty-four species grouped in seven to nine genera. Flying fish can make powerful, self-propelled leaps out of water into air, where their long, wing-like fins enable gliding flight for considerable distances above the water's surface. This uncommon ability is a natural defense mechanism to evade predators.
